Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems for order processing.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
