Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure accurate placement in the warehouse.
- Utilize handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process incoming and outgoing shipments with 100% accuracy.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory adjustments to maintain stock integrity.
- Package products securely using appropriate materials and labeling machinery.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime during peak seasons.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
