Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
