Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, sorting, and palletizing of inventory with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Process outbound shipments, verifying labels and documentation.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to identify workflow improvements and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
