Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of all inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts, cycle counts, and manage inventory placement within the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to meet daily quotas.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify data accuracy and maintain organized records.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
