Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipping.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve any logistical issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
