Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Perform quality control inspections on products to minimize returns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly workspace to prevent hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
