Responsibilities
- Package Handling: Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments with precision.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks under supervision.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all packages meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and workplace protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
