Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in designated storage zones.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems to move materials.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Raleigh facility.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
