Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping to ensure 99% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory logs within the WMS system.
- Load & Unload:** Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to 5S standards.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow OSHA safety protocols and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and fellow associates to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (8-hour shifts).
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and data entry.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic calculations for inventory tracking.
- Forklift Certification: Current forklift license is preferred but not mandatory.
