As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution center runs smoothly. You will handle inventory, assist with logistics, and ensure customer satisfaction by preparing orders accurately.

Responsibilities
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Pick & Pack: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Care: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
