Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with a focus on speed and precision.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, count inventory, and update warehouse management systems (WMS) in real-time.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before processing and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions, read labels, and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all entry-level roles.
