Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping based on daily production schedules.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols and equipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Equipment: Willingness to be certified on forklifts or pallet jacks upon hiring.
