Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Scan items using barcode scanners to ensure accurate inventory counts and organization.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and sealing to prevent damage.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a neat, orderly warehouse environment by restocking shelves and organizing storage areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (rotating shifts preferred).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety instructions and operate scanning equipment.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- No Experience Required: A positive attitude and willingness to learn are the only prerequisites.
