Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using warehouse equipment.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to adhere to safety standards.
- Assist in inventory control and stock organization as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday, typically 8-hour shifts).
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting inventory.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
