Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damages and ensure proper storage placement.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, following all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks and improve productivity.
- Update inventory management systems with accurate shipment data.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical stamina to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and tablets.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New York facility.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
