Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately retrieve products from inventory shelves and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners and picking carts.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels by conducting regular cycle counts and ensuring proper organization of storage areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing packages for damage and ensure all labeling and documentation are correct before dispatch.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts) as required by the shift supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure workflow efficiency during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to commute to our Miami location.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on tasks and maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments.
