Responsibilities
- Receiving & Processing: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Picking & Packing: Select items for orders, pack them securely, and prepare them for timely shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we value attitude and reliability over background.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Attention to Detail: Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
