Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to work orders.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and packaging integrity.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (5S standards).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Reliable transportation to the Long Beach facility.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
