Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and product labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely after training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure daily operational targets are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
