Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist with regular stock counts, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after receiving proper training.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Skills: Strong reading and comprehension skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Communication: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Background: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
