Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Ensure all inventory is sorted, labeled, and stored in the correct designated zones.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the morning and evening shift teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Perform basic quality control checks on outgoing packages to minimize errors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus facility.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- No prior warehouse experience required—just a strong work ethic.
