Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure timely and correct delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality control standards before shipping.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe at all times to maintain a productive environment.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekend team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory for the right candidate).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate order picking and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fresno facility.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
