Responsibilities
- Execute daily fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, and scanning merchandise with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all company safety protocols.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) under supervision.
- Assist in inventory organization and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak shift hours.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory verification.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (will consider equivalent work experience).
