Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory in real-time.
- Ensure workstations, aisles, and dock areas are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Perform basic inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following safety protocols and work instructions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
