Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and sorting of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in the warehouse to ensure accuracy.
- Perform basic quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to ensure daily targets are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic physical stamina required (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn new processes and safety procedures.
- Reliable transportation to the Cleveland location.
