Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are optimal.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks to ensure timely distribution of goods.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by following all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: Ability to work weekends consistently and punctually.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Availability: Must be available to work 8-10 hour shifts on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for safety instructions and documentation.
- Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
