What You Will Do:
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for delivery using standard packing procedures.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring stock is organized and easily accessible.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided upon hiring).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment for yourself and your team.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read and understand basic instructions; computer proficiency is a plus but not required.
