Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock rotation, inventory counts, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and basic forklifts under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets our premium standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
- Communication: Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety protocols and instructions.
