Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and pallets using proper lifting techniques.
- Inventory Management: Sort, pack, and organize inventory with high accuracy to ensure proper stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, under supervision.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Reliability: Must possess a strong work ethic and punctuality record.
- Availability: Must be able to start immediately upon hiring.
