Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Inventory Management: Accurately sort, scan, and stock incoming inventory to ensure proper organization.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as required by the shift supervisor.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy standards.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and pass a background check and drug screening.
