Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, conducting shift briefings and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels using WMS systems and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Enforce strict safety policies and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Coordinate with management to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks during peak weekend hours.
- Manage quality control checks to ensure all outbound orders meet customer specifications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate material handling equipment.
- Strong computer proficiency with ERP or WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan).
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
