Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and organize inventory to maintain warehouse standards.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging procedures.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Organization: Keep work areas clean, tidy, and organized for maximum productivity.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to get to the Oakland facility.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy levels.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting and reading labels.
