Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by scanning and tagging stock.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment and workspaces.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets our quality standards.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counting and packaging.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
