What You Will Do:
- Load and unload trucks with speed and accuracy using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and quality control checks.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning labels and verifying orders.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to work hard.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using hand trucks and dollies.
- Sort, organize, and inventory products to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse machinery and scanning equipment with precision.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist in preparing shipments for delivery to our Nashville clients.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for scanning labels and logs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled.
