Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders and prepare them for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in designated storage areas.
- Loading & Unloading: Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided) to load and unload delivery trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing packages to ensure they meet company standards and are free of damage.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic checks and cleaning of warehouse equipment and tools.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a track record of punctuality.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
