Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before shipping and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to streamline daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a previous role.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and ensure high accuracy in task execution.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to communicate clearly with supervisors.
- Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
