Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Valid Forklift certification (preferred but not mandatory).
