Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and precision.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Receiving & Shipping: Process inbound and outbound freight, verifying documentation and inspecting for damage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM start).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- License: Valid driver's license required.
