Job Summary
We are seeking entry-level candidates to support our distribution operations. In this role, you will ensure our products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
