Responsibilities
- Execute pick, pack, and ship operations accurately and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to manage inventory and track stock levels.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and quality assurance goals.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be available to work weekends: Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
