Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Safely load, unload, and stage freight for processing.
- Inventory Control: Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to scan, track, and verify inventory levels accurately.
- Palletizing & Packaging: Prepare products for shipment using proper wrapping and banding techniques.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as certified.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and report discrepancies promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and team members to meet daily KPIs.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick tickets and packing slips.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
