Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as trained.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekend lead and cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (rotating shifts may apply).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a track record of punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer interfaces.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
