Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and resolve issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed to support logistics operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
