Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort freight using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure timely distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform accurate inventory checks and stock organization to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the weekend shift team to meet daily productivity targets and quality assurance goals.
- Handle customer and vendor packages with care, ensuring proper labeling and routing.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track stock movement accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock verification.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to our South Memphis facility.
