Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to load and unload freight efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain warehouse accuracy.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekend shift team to meet daily throughput targets.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or specific weekend blocks.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
