Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory with 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and package customer orders for timely shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory reconciliation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
