Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99% accuracy rates.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely, adhering to all weight and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock organization tasks.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as required by training.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the Long Beach facility.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
