Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory replenishment to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, OSHA standards, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required by daily volume.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (shift times may vary).
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
