Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely and efficiently handle packages and pallets using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and organize warehouse spaces to maximize efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely within OSHA guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all outbound orders meet quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to ensure timely shift completion.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Documents: Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
